BY commissioning, you agree to the following:
As the artist, I...
- maintain the rights to the work in any shape or form- maintain the right to post the work on social media, unless requested not to by the client- maintain the right to reject any commission- maintain the right to cancel and refund a commission at anytime- must complete the work by 4 weeks after payment- agree to keep sensitive/personal information regarding the client private
As the client, you...
- are only allowed to use the work for non-commercial purposes- are not allowed to use the work for the training of generative ai- may edit, crop, and resize the work, as long as my credit is still given- may post the work on social media, as long as it is linked/credited to me- agree to keep sensitive/personal information regarding myself private- understand that commissions are non-refundable after the sketch phase

- payment is through PayPal, cashapp, or ko-fi! whichever is more suitable for the client- you can send your commission request via personal message on any social on the "contact" page- you can request revisions/edits for your commission, but large changes will require an extra charge- as of right now, commissions are only digital works
